Kong Digital is an award-winning, Enterprise Ireland High Potential company that has launched a digital marketing platform called ‘Kongalytics’, designed specifically to harness authentic behavioural insights of consumers to drive online advertising and SEO performance.  This one platform facilitates incisive audience identification, targeted content and cost-effective campaign measurement – all driven by sophisticated data analytics.

Clients include Universal Music Group (Ireland and Internationally),  SIMS IVF, Rotunda IVF (Part of the Virtus Health group), Rotunda Hospital, Peter Mark.  Offices in Dublin, London and New York.

Role Description

Kong Digital is seeking to employ an experienced Operations Director to manage the day to day operations of the business and be a strategic partner reporting directly to the CEO.  The role will involve international travel. Kong Digital has experienced over 70 % growth over the last 2 years.

  • Manage the Operations team to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage Key client relationships – ensure retention and growth of key client relationships
  • Manage within budgets and using resources effectively and flexibly.
  • Manage and prioritse the operation workload of the team within resource and budget constraints
  • Manage the performance and Talent development of the team.
  • Develop and grow the operations team
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly management and board reports
  • Manage invoicing and cashflow
  • Collaborate with technical team to provide insights from clients into product development
  • Work with CEO to develop a shared vision for the growth of Kong Digital .  Feed into strategy and product development.
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of company strategy
  • Identify  opportunities for operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build the profile and reputation fo Kong Digital for excellence in customer service

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in an operational role in an entrepreneural cutlure and corporate dynamic environment, systems based and flexible adaptable delivery.
  • International Management Experience
  • Experience of  Digital marketing/Social media technologies
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects. 
  • Innovative technical operations leader who blends strategy, planning and analytics to produce outstanding business results. 
  • Requires excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively present information to top management peers, in public fora, and to a board of directors.
